Revit comes with a Basic Arched Opening that can be either Elliptical or Round.Note that the Elliptical Arched Opening family that comes with REVIT is located in the 'Door' folder even though it is categorized as a 'Generic Model' and not a Door. Therefore it is technically a 'Component' and not a door.
The CADclip below shows you how to load it and how to change it from elliptical to round using the 'Spring Offset' type parameter.
